A:The delivery time for foreign trade B2B accounts is generally T + 1~ T + 3.

Q:What should be done if the bill is unpaid beyond the valid period?

A:Bills that exceed the valid period will no longer be able to be paid. If you need to re-initiate, you can adjust the valid period of the bill and regenerate a new valid bill.

A:Log in PhotonPay, click "Account" - "Payout" - "Recipient" - "Batch add recipients", download the batch add template, fill in according to the requirements and upload it.

A:The settlement is calculated according to the UTC+0 timezone.

A:Yes, you can click the "gear" configuration in the lower right corner to select and sort the card dimensions. After confirming the configuration, click [Save Configuration] or [Submit] .
