Q:I was previously an personally certified customer, can I change to a certified enterprise?

A:Currently, this kind of account upgrades are not supported; it is recommended to add a new member and perform identity verification as an enterprise.

A:PhotonPay supports providing ten global account slots for individual users and twenty global account slots for enterprise users.

Q:If the shop authorization is successful, how to calculate the CNY exchange quota of the shop?

A:After successful authorization, the CNY exchange quota will be calculated based on the store's historical order data or uploaded order details: 1.eBay can access transaction data completed within 90 days, and other e-commerce platforms can access transaction data completed within 180 days. 2. After the successful authorization of the store, the order data will be synchronized the next day. It is recommended to confirm the foreign exchange quota the next day after the successful authorization.

What should I pay attention to when uploading order logistics information on the PhotonPay merchant platform?

A:When you need to upload order logistics information, you can download the logistics upload template from the merchant platform, fill it out and then upload it. Please pay attention to three things:   1. The merchant transID, transaction ID, logistic company, and tracking number need to correspond one to one; 2. The logistic company must be written in English, not in Chinese. 3. If there are multiple tracking numbers, all need to be listed; Currently, Shoplazza websites can automatically sync order logistics information, while other platforms and self-built sites need to manually upload it in the PhotonPay merchant platform.

Q: Why can only 10 cards be cancelled in batch?

A: You can adjust the number of items at the bottom of the page. The page supports selecting the number of items: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 300. After adjustment, click [Batch Cancellation Card] to select the batch quantity card for cancellation.

Q:If I have multiple PhotonPay members , can I set different fixed verification codes for different memberships?

A:Yes, you can set a different 6-digit fixed verification code for each member account. Modifying the 6-digit verification code for one account will not affect the 6-digit verification code settings for other members accounts.
