Q:How long does it take to review identity authentication?
A:Materials submitted during working hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00) will be reviewed within 1-2 working days. (If it is not during working hours, there may be delays, and PhotonPay will prioritize the review on the next working day.)

Q:Can I transfer or lend my Global Account to others?
A:No, PhotonPay Global account can not be transferred, gifted, leased or lent to any third party, nor can it be used to receive payments on behalf of others.

Q:Can I still convert currencies if my store has been frozen?
A:You cannot apply for more CNY exchange quota if your store status is abnormal, but it doesn’t affect the existing quota.

A:The currency supported for paymentlinks creation are consistent with the payment currency, and can support the transaction currency of mainstream countries worldwide.

Q:Does Photoncards require real-name identity verification?
A:Once passing identity verification, user can apply for Photoncards and customized cardholder's information.

Q:If I have multiple PhotonPay members , can I set different fixed verification codes for different memberships?
A:Yes, you can set a different 6-digit fixed verification code for each member account. Modifying the 6-digit verification code for one account will not affect the 6-digit verification code settings for other members accounts.
