Q:Can I register multiple PhotonPay members using the same documents?

A:You can't. Only one PhotonPay member can be registered with one mobile phone number and identity information. identity verification will be authenticated once uploaded and cannot be used to authenticate other PhotonPay members

Q:What is the difference between a global account and a regular bank account?

A:Global account function like bank account, allowing collection to be made from Swift or local payment systems. The difference is that the funds received will be automatically credited to the PhotonPay wallet for payout.

Q:How are payouts and withdrawals distinguished?

A:Payout means Payout to a third-party bank account such as a supplier, logistics provider, etc.; Withdrawal means withdrawal to a identity verification subject's bank account with the same name.

Q:How long is the validity period for a created paymentlinks?

A:When creating a payment links, you must select the duration of its validity. Consumers can make payment within the selected validity period of the corresponding transaction. It's important to note that, once a consumer has successfully made a payment, the payment links cannot be used for pay again.

Q:Does Photoncard have a minimum transfer in amount?

A:Yes. Currently the minimum transfer in amount for Photoncards is 20 USD. Please refer to specific details displayed on the application page when applying.

Q:If I have multiple PhotonPay members , can I set different fixed verification codes for different memberships?

A:Yes, you can set a different 6-digit fixed verification code for each member account. Modifying the 6-digit verification code for one account will not affect the 6-digit verification code settings for other members accounts.
