Hong Kong China Enterprise Entity Registration
Q:I was previously an personally certified customer, can I change to a certified enterprise?
A:Currently, this kind of account upgrades are not supported; it is recommended to add a new member and perform identity verification as an enterprise.

Q:Is there opening fee and annual fee for a Global account?
A:There are account opening fee and account management fee, and there will be different prices according to different bank accounts, which can be viewed in the Global Account application page at the PhotonPay merchant platform.

Q:How do I unbind a withdrawal card?
A:Log in to PhotonPay, click "Account" > "Payout" > "Recipient", click [...] to select delete.

Q:What is the difference between credit card refund and chargeback?
A:A refund is the act of returning funds initiated by the merchant after communication with the cardholder, while a chargeback is an act of payment denial initiated by the cardholder (consumer), where the bank forcibly returns the funds, and the initiator is different.
Batch Cancel Cards
Q: Why can only 10 cards be cancelled in batch?
A: You can adjust the number of items at the bottom of the page. The page supports selecting the number of items: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 300. After adjustment, click [Batch Cancellation Card] to select the batch quantity card for cancellation.

A:If you forget it, you can reset it in "Settings" - "Team Security Verification"- "Team verification code".
