Hong Kong China Enterprise Entity Registration
Q:How many PhotonPay members can I register with one ID card?
A:One ID can only register one PhotonPay member. (Support for mainland users and Hong Kong users to register)
Reminder: enterprise identity registered PhotonPay member, enterprise identity can also register PhotonPay member. If you need more than one PhotonPay member, you are advised to re-register with a different phone number.
Global Account
Q:The global account has been deregistered. Is it possible to apply for restoration?
A:The deregistered global account cannot be restored. Please reapply for a new global account for further use.
Viewing and Applying for International trade foreign exchange settlement quota
Q:I have bound a store and there are recent orders, why hasn't my CNY exchange quota increased?
A:Please log in to PhotonPay to check if the store status is normal. If the store status is normal, there may be a delay in order retrieval; please contact your dedicated account manager or online customer service.
Upload Logistics Info
What should I pay attention to when uploading order logistics information on the PhotonPay merchant platform?
A:When you need to upload order logistics information, you can download the logistics upload template from the merchant platform, fill it out and then upload it. Please pay attention to three things:
1. The merchant transID, transaction ID, logistic company, and tracking number need to correspond one to one;
2. The logistic company must be written in English, not in Chinese.
3. If there are multiple tracking numbers, all need to be listed;
Currently, Shoplazza websites can automatically sync order logistics information, while other platforms and self-built sites need to manually upload it in the PhotonPay merchant platform.
Amount Return
Q:Q: Why did the amount return fail?
A: Please keep at least 1 (card currency) balance in the card. For example, a USD card needs to keep at least 1 USD amount in the card.
Team security verification & Two-Factor Authentication
Q:If I have multiple PhotonPay members , can I set different fixed verification codes for different memberships?
A:Yes, you can set a different 6-digit fixed verification code for each member account. Modifying the 6-digit verification code for one account will not affect the 6-digit verification code settings for other members accounts.
