Mainland China Enterprise Entity Registration
Q:What is the difference between individual membership and corporate membership?
A:1. Additional support for foreign trade collection and acquiring business for enterprise members;
2. Enterprise members can apply for more photon cards;
3. Corporate members can apply for a larger number of global accounts.
Store/Application Management
Q:I initiated the store migration, but the status changed to canceled a few days later. What is the reason?
A:If the receiver does not agree to accept the store within 48 hours, the system will automatically cancel the migration application.
Add and Manage Recipient
Q:How long does it take for the review to be completed after successfully creating the recipient?
A:After successfully creating the recipient, the review is generally completed within a few minutes. However, if there are abnormalities in the recipient information, the review time may be extended accordingly. The maximum review time is 1 business day. If it's urgent, you can contact your dedicated account manager or PhotonPay customer service. The review status after creating the recipient will not affect the creation of payout orders.
Upload Logistics Info
What should I pay attention to when uploading order logistics information on the PhotonPay merchant platform?
A:When you need to upload order logistics information, you can download the logistics upload template from the merchant platform, fill it out and then upload it. Please pay attention to three things:
1. The merchant transID, transaction ID, logistic company, and tracking number need to correspond one to one;
2. The logistic company must be written in English, not in Chinese.
3. If there are multiple tracking numbers, all need to be listed;
Currently, Shoplazza websites can automatically sync order logistics information, while other platforms and self-built sites need to manually upload it in the PhotonPay merchant platform.
Transaction detail
Q: Why do I only have 10 transaction details to view?
A: You can select the date range in the upper left corner [Creation Date] to view the transaction details of the corresponding interval.

A:The card authentication may be used when viewing PhotonCards information.
