Q:Identity verification information is not approved, what to do?
A:After identity verification fails, you can log in to the PhotonPay merchant platform to check the reason for the failure, and re-submit the application. You can only use PhotonPay's products and services after passing the identity verification. Tips: In the stage of identity verification, the common failure reasons are listed below:
1. Holding the ID card photo without showing the face;
2. Providing screenshots (electronic business license, etc.), not original photos;
3. Failure to provide detailed residential address;
4. Materials uploaded show signs of forgery;
5. The uploaded data is not clear.

Q:How many global accounts can a member apply for?
A:PhotonPay supports providing ten global account slots for individual users and twenty global account slots for enterprise users.
Add and Manage Recipient
Q:How to add recipients in bulk?
A:Log in PhotonPay, click "Account" > "Payout" > "Recipient" > "Batch add recipients", download the batch add template, fill in according to the requirements and upload it.

Q:If a previously approved website is shut down and no longer processes transactions, do I need to inform PhotonPay staff?
A:Yes, please promptly notify your dedicated account manager or customer service representative about the situation, to avoid affecting your normal use.

A:Once the photoncard is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. Please proceed with caution.
