Q:What is the time limit for receiving payments from foreign trade B2B accounts?

A:The delivery time for foreign trade B2B accounts is generally T + 1~ T + 3.

Q:How many global accounts can a member apply for?

A:PhotonPay supports providing ten global account slots for individual users and twenty global account slots for enterprise users.

Q:How to add recipients in bulk?

A:Log in PhotonPay, click "Account" > "Payout" > "Recipient" > "Batch add recipients", download the batch add template, fill in according to the requirements and upload it.

Q:Can the submitted appeal materials be in Chinese?

A:In order to meet the requirements of the bank, we need the appeal materials you submit to be in English. If the materials contain other languages, it may affect your appeal success rate. Please be sure to use English when submitting the materials.

Q: Why do I only have 10 transaction details to view?

A: You can select the date range in the upper left corner [Creation Date] to view the transaction details of the corresponding interval.
