A:It supports transaction currencies from mainstream countries globally, such as USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, etc.

Q:What should be done if the bill is unpaid beyond the valid period?
A:Bills that exceed the valid period will no longer be able to be paid. If you need to re-initiate, you can adjust the valid period of the bill and regenerate a new valid bill.

Q:When can I use the foreign exchange function, and what is the time efficiency?
A:PhotonPay's foreign exchange transaction hours are on business days from "08:00-17:30". As the currency pairs vary, the specific time nodes may differ, so please go by the actual system prompt. To enhance your experience, PhotonPay will provide currency exchange services outside of the normal delivery times, but the exchange rate will differ from that during normal hours; it is recommended to exchange during normal times.

A:Yes, there is a maximum limit of 5000 USD per transaction.

Q: Why can only 10 regular cards be transferred in bulk?
A:You can adjust the number of items at the bottom of the page. The page supports selecting the number of items: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 300. After adjustment, click [Batch Transfer in] to batch select regular cards for transfer.

Q:If I have multiple PhotonPay members , can I set different fixed verification codes for different memberships?
A:Yes, you can set a different 6-digit fixed verification code for each member account. Modifying the 6-digit verification code for one account will not affect the 6-digit verification code settings for other members accounts.
