Q:What payment methods are supported for Payment?

A:It supports various international credit card payments such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover; it also supports local payment methods for mainstream countries in Europe and Southeast Asia, such as internet banking transfers, e-wallets, and express payments.

Q:What is a deposit proof?

A:"Deposit proof" is a document that verifies the legitimacy of your source of funds before they can be deposited.

Q:When can I use the foreign exchange function, and what is the time efficiency?

A:PhotonPay's foreign exchange transaction hours are on business days from "08:00-17:30". As the currency pairs vary, the specific time nodes may differ, so please go by the actual system prompt. To enhance your experience, PhotonPay will provide currency exchange services outside of the normal delivery times, but the exchange rate will differ from that during normal hours; it is recommended to exchange during normal times.

Q: Can I operate a refund of the amount on a frozen card?

A: No, frozen cards cannot be refunded.

Q:If I have multiple PhotonPay members , can I set different fixed verification codes for different memberships?

A:Yes, you can set a different 6-digit fixed verification code for each member account. Modifying the 6-digit verification code for one account will not affect the 6-digit verification code settings for other members accounts.
