Q:Can I register multiple PhotonPay members using the same documents?

A:You can't. Only one PhotonPay member can be registered with one mobile phone number and identity information. identity verification will be authenticated once uploaded and cannot be used to authenticate other PhotonPay members

Q:When is payment of bill supported?

A:Currently, this function is only available to merchants who usd international trade collection. Before using this function, it is recommended that you apply for a global account and activate the international trade collection function.

Q:How long is the amount of CNY exchange quota valid for?

A:In order to meet the foreign exchange regulation policy of mainland China, when you withdraw/pay RMB, you are required to provide the order information of the last 180 days corresponding to the incoming funds to prove the reasonableness of the fund source. Photonpay will collect your settlement limit in real time based on the order details obtained in accordance with the rules of the last 180 days, and you can initiate withdrawals/payments within the amount of exchange settlement. If the amount initiated for settlement exceeds the valid limit, you will need to recapture the order details to update the limit. In view of the above rules, it is recommended that you complete the withdrawal/payment within 180 days after the funds are credited to your account, otherwise it may affect your settlement experience.

Q:What is the difference between credit card refund and chargeback?

A:A refund is the act of returning funds initiated by the merchant after communication with the cardholder, while a chargeback is an act of payment denial initiated by the cardholder (consumer), where the bank forcibly returns the funds, and the initiator is different.

Q: How can I modify the carduser information and billing address?

A:Log in to the PhotonPay Merchant Platform, click "Issiung" - "Card User", find the corresponding card user, and click on the upper right corner [...] - "Edit" to make corresponding modifications.

Q:If I have multiple PhotonPay members , can I set different fixed verification codes for different memberships?

A:Yes, you can set a different 6-digit fixed verification code for each member account. Modifying the 6-digit verification code for one account will not affect the 6-digit verification code settings for other members accounts.
