  How should the "middle name" be filled in during verified identity?

A：Log in to the Photonpay merchant platform, click "Collections" on the left side of the page, in the opened page select "Entry Voucher Manage," click "Create an entry voucher" in the upper right corner. You need to choose the corresponding proof type based on the source of funds (types include e-commerce receipts, foreign trade receipts, e-wallet top-ups, same-name bank account top-ups, developer platform receipts). Follow the prompts to upload the required documents to complete the addition of the proof of deposit. On the successful proof of deposit page, you can choose to associate the corresponding deposited funds.    

A：Cash withdrawal cards do not currently support binding credit cards. It is recommended to use debit cards (first-class accounts) published by national commercial banks.

A：In order to meet the requirements of the bank, we need the appeal materials you submit to be in English. If the materials contain other languages, it may affect your appeal success rate. Please be sure to use English when submitting the materials.

A：Once the photoncard is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. Please proceed with caution.

A：The card authentication may be used when viewing PhotonCards information.
