A：(1) Foreign trade B2B accounts are suitable for receiving payments in the foreign trade industry. All payment transactions must comply with commercial practices (with genuine and legal international trade or related business relationships) and bank Anti Money Laundering compliance requirements. (2) Only real overseas buyers are supported to pay for the goods or transfer the same name. Unrelated third-party payment is not accepted, and accounts from affiliated companies without trade background are not supported. It is strongly recommended that the buyer pay directly. (3) It is recommended to remind your buyers to add a remittance post script with transaction background and note the buyer's name, product name and other information when making the remittance, which will help with quick entry.    

A：PhotonPay does not charge authentication or account opening fees. If there are any unofficial channels or individuals charging authentication fees/account opening fees on behalf of PhotonPay, it is fraudulent behavior. Please contact the our customer service or account manager to provide feedback.

A：Follow these 4 steps: 1. Use your mobile phone number to log in to PhotonPay; 2. Click on "FX" under the Wallet section on the left; 3. Click on "Exchange Rate" at the top of the page to view; 4. If there is no corresponding currency pair, you can create one in the exchange rate section.

A：In order to meet the requirements of the bank, we need the appeal materials you submit to be in English. If the materials contain other languages, it may affect your appeal success rate. Please be sure to use English when submitting the materials.

A: After freezing the card, the card will not be able to make normal purchases, but it will not affect refunds.

A：The card authentication may be used when viewing PhotonCards information.
