Q：What should I do if my picture fails to upload for identity verification?
A：Please check if the picture size exceeds 20MB; pictures that are too large cannot be uploaded successfully.
Invoice Payment
Q：What payment method is supported for invoice payment?
A：Invoice payment only supports global account collection, that is, merchants make offline payments to the global account opened by PhotonPay. After the merchant makes the payment, this invoice can be used to apply for the associated payment flow and complete the entry.
Manage Recipient
Q: How can I view the recipient's bank information?
A：You can click Account >Payout > recipient, and click the gear-shaped setting button on the right to set the display of the recipient's bank name.

Q：What types of card does the paymentlinks support for consumers to complete transaction?
A：Currently, the paymentlinks only support Visa and MasterCard. If there are new types of card added in the future, we will update you.

Q：Does Photoncard have a minimum transfer in amount?
A：Yes. Currently the minimum transfer in amount for Photoncards is 20 USD. Please refer to specific details displayed on the application page when applying.
