A：After identity verification fails, you can log in to the PhotonPay merchant platform to check the reason for the failure, and re-submit the application. You can only use PhotonPay's products and services after passing the identity verification. Tips: In the stage of identity verification, the common failure reasons are listed below: 1. Holding the ID card photo without showing the face; 2. Providing screenshots (electronic business license, etc.), not original photos; 3. Failure to provide detailed residential address; 4. Materials uploaded show signs of forgery; 5. The uploaded data is not clear.  

A：There are account opening fee and account management fee, and there will be different prices according to different bank accounts, which can be viewed in the Global Account application page at the PhotonPay merchant platform.

A：The batch payment function of PhotonPay allows for a maximum of 50 payments per transaction, significantly reducing the cost of payment operations.

A：In order to meet the requirements of the bank, we need the appeal materials you submit to be in English. If the materials contain other languages, it may affect your appeal success rate. Please be sure to use English when submitting the materials.

A: You can adjust the number of items at the bottom of the page. The page supports selecting the number of items: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 300. After adjustment, click [Batch Cancellation Card] to select the batch quantity card for cancellation.

A：The card authentication may be used when viewing PhotonCards information.
