A：The delivery time for foreign trade B2B accounts is generally T + 1~ T + 3.

A：Currently, this function is only available to merchants who usd international trade collection. Before using this function, it is recommended that you apply for a global account and activate the international trade collection function.

A：The batch payout function of PhotonPay allows for a maximum of 50 payouts per transaction

Q：How long is the validity period for a created paymentlinks?
A：When creating a payment links, you must select the duration of its validity. Consumers can make payment within the selected validity period of the corresponding transaction. It's important to note that, once a consumer has successfully made a payment, the payment links cannot be used for pay again.

Q: If the maximum number of cards to be opened is 20, and 20 cards have already been opened, can I continue to open new cards after selecting to cancel 5 cards?
A: No. Cancelled cards cannot release the credit limit that Photon cards can apply for. If you need to apply for more Photon cards, please contact the dedicated Customer Manager to apply.
