The following standard fees set out below constitute PhotonPay's terms for the relevant payment services, and shall apply to all customers of Photon Dance (Hong Kong) Limited ("PhotonPay").PhotonPay reserves the right to update these standard fees and/or introduce new charges at any time. Any such amendments shall take effect immediately upon their publication on our website.
The standard rates below apply to the relevant services under normal circumstances, unless otherwise agreed with PhotonPay. You must review the fees shown on the settlement page before completing a transaction. If there is any difference between the rates listed here and the actual charges on the settlement page, the settlement page rates shall prevail.
All service fees, charges and other payments payable by customers to PhotonPay shall be exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties imposed under any applicable law or governmental decree(other than taxes payable on PhotonPay net income, profits or gains) , as specified in the Fee Schedule, for which customers shall also be liable.

2. Payouts
Notes:
【1】This service is offered in cooperation with a licensed third-party institution in mainland China.
【2】SHA: Both the client (sender) and beneficiary will pay fees to the sending bank i.e. fees for the outgoing transfer. Beneficiary will receive the amount transferred less the intermediary banks' fees.
【3】OUR: The client pays for the wire transfer fees charged by intermediary banks.

4. Card Issuing
4.1 Virtual Card

【1】For Transaction Fee, per transaction under $50.00 will be charged at $0.3. Transaction fees are only charged on successful transactions.

4.2 Physical Card
Add-ons
[1] Physical Card Issuance Fee: Physical card issuance for corporate cards is available in both plastic and metal materials, which can be selected based on your business needs(). For detailed pricing, please contact the PhotonPay sales team.
[2] Custom Card Design Fee: Custom cards refer to card products that utilize the PhotonPay card issuance system and incorporate your brand's unique visual design elements onto the card face. Your custom card design will be subject to compliance and design review by the respective card network (Mastercard / Discover® Global Network). PhotonPay shall not assume any liability for any review decisions made by the card networks, nor do we provide any form of guarantee regarding the approval of the design.
[2] Custom Card Design Fee: Custom cards refer to card products that utilize the PhotonPay card issuance system and incorporate your brand's unique visual design elements onto the card face. Your custom card design will be subject to compliance and design review by the respective card network (Mastercard / Discover® Global Network). PhotonPay shall not assume any liability for any review decisions made by the card networks, nor do we provide any form of guarantee regarding the approval of the design.

*Regarding Custom Card application requirements, the applicant must be a Hong Kong enterprise and is required to complete our Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) process;
*Physical Card usage metrics monitoring requirements:
Our monitoring system will proactively screen for abnormal card usage behaviors, take appropriate measures when necessary, and reserve the right to charge additional fees. For more detailed information, please refer to the "PhotonPay Card Usage Indicator Management Standards & Description".
