Transparency is a value proposition and is reflected in our security and compliance agreements.
The PhotonPay Rewards Program (the "Program") allows eligible existing PhotonPay customers ("you") to receive certain discounts or benefits ("Rewards") from independent third parties that have a business relationship with PhotonPay ("Reward Partners"). Unless PhotonPay expressly states that a Reward is provided by PhotonPay, all Rewards are offered to you directly by the relevant Reward Partner.
PhotonPay has taken reasonable steps to encourage Reward Partners to honour the Rewards you are eligible to receive; however, PhotonPay does not control, endorse, or guarantee any Reward Partner or any Rewards they offer.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhotonPay makes no warranties or representations (express or implied) regarding any Reward Partner or Reward, and disclaims all liability arising from or in connection with the offering, fulfilment, non-fulfilment, quality, suitability, or continued availability of any Reward.
Any claim, complaint, or dispute relating to a Reward must be made directly to the relevant Reward Partner.
Details of the Rewards and any eligibility criteria will be described on the applicable PhotonPay Webapp pages and/or the Reward Partner's website, and will be subject to the additional terms and conditions set by PhotonPay and/or the Reward Partner ("Reward Conditions").
Your participation in the Program is not guaranteed and may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time at PhotonPay's sole discretion and in accordance with its internal guidelines.
PhotonPay may, acting reasonably and without prior notice, cancel, suspend, change, or terminate the Program or any part of it at any time.
