A:If your payer is a sole proprietorship or company under the trade background, or a legal person, shareowner or employee designated by the B2B platform online store, please provide supplementary materials such as the business license of the sole proprietorship or relevant certificates of the company or platform store.
Currently, non-trade payments from individuals without a company background are not supported.

A:Log in to the Photonpay merchant platform, click "Collections" on the left side of the page, in the opened page select "Entry Voucher Manage," click "Create an entry voucher" in the upper right corner. You need to choose the corresponding proof type based on the source of funds (types include e-commerce receipts, foreign trade receipts, e-wallet top-ups, same-name bank account top-ups, developer platform receipts). Follow the prompts to upload the required documents to complete the addition of the proof of deposit. On the successful proof of deposit page, you can choose to associate the corresponding deposited funds.

A:You can adjust the number of items at the bottom of the page. The page supports selecting the number of items: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 300. After adjustment, click [Batch Transfer in] to batch select regular cards for transfer.
