Q:What types of companies are allowed to openv cross-border B2B trade global account?

A:PhotonPay's cross-border B2B trade global account supports mainland and Hong Kong companies (including individually-owned business) and overseas companies to open accounts. (Note: For overseas companies to open an account, please contact PhotonPay online customer service or exclusive account manager for details)

A:PhotonPay supports providing ten global account slots for individual users and twenty global account slots for enterprise users.

Q:How do I check the exchange rates on PhotonPay platform?

A:Follow these 4 steps: 1. Use your mobile phone number to log in to PhotonPay; 2. Click on "FX" under the Wallet section on the left; 3. Click on "Exchange Rate" at the top of the page to view; 4. If there is no corresponding currency pair, you can create one in the exchange rate section.

Q:If I have multiple PhotonPay members , can I set different fixed verification codes for different memberships?

A:Yes, you can set a different 6-digit fixed verification code for each member account. Modifying the 6-digit verification code for one account will not affect the 6-digit verification code settings for other members accounts.
