Q:How long does it take for enterprise membership identity verification?

A:The review for enterprise membership usually takes one business day. You can log in to the PhotonPay merchant platform to check the progress of the review. After the review is passed, you can use the PhotonPay service.

Q:How do I submit entry voucher ?

A:Log in to the Photonpay merchant platform, click "Collections" on the left side of the page, in the opened page select "Entry Voucher Manage," click "Create an entry voucher" in the upper right corner. You need to choose the corresponding proof type based on the source of funds (types include e-commerce receipts, foreign trade receipts, e-wallet top-ups, same-name bank account top-ups, developer platform receipts). Follow the prompts to upload the required documents to complete the addition of the proof of deposit. On the successful proof of deposit page, you can choose to associate the corresponding deposited funds.

Q: What's the difference between the recipient nickname and account name?

A: The recipient's nickname is only customizable by you on PhotonPay, with the purpose of facilitating your management of payout contacts.

A:The currency supported for paymentlinks creation are consistent with the payment currency, and can support the transaction currency of mainstream countries worldwide.
